Product description

In most situations, the power cable is not required.

With Power Cable
The device has a DC-in jack that allows for external power support. It can be powered using a 5V USB power adapter. Connecting the power cable is not necessary as the LAN adapter can function without external power support. However, to ensure proper functionality of the LAN adapter, it is recommended to connect the Ethernet cable first before plugging in the external power cable.

Wired Internet Connection
This device is compatible with devices that have built-in Ethernet (wired internet) capability in their Operating System. It has been tested and confirmed to work with various devices such as Windows Tablet Netbooks, Notebooks, Ultra Books, Raspberry Pi Zero, Google Nexus Player, Nexus 7 1st Gen, Nexus 7 2nd Gen, Stick computers like MK802, MK808, and UG802, and Tablets with an Ethernet menu.
However, it’s important to note that this adapter will not enable Ethernet functionality on a tablet that is not configured to work with Ethernet.

Micro-USB Host OTG Cable
It is compatible with any device that supports the OTG function. The length of the micro-USB cable is 10 inches or 25 centimeters.

3-port OTG HUB
The OTG HUB is compatible with USB keyboards, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB flash drives, and other USB extensions and peripherals. Each OTG USB port supports a 5V1A output and a data transfer speed of 480 Mbps.

Host OTG cable to 3 USB & LAN adapter — Adds 3-Port OTG USB extension; Adds 10/100 Mbps wired internet connectivity
Driver-less design for Windows 8.1 / 10 (32/64 bit) or up, Mac OS 10.9 or up, and Android 6.0 or up operating systems, Chrome OS
Compatible with Raspberry Pi 2, Amazon Fire TV Stick, notebooks, Tablets, and computers with an available micro-USB port
Built-in DC power port, supports 5V power adapter, a power cable included; It only powers USB 2.0 HUB and NOT the host; It charges the added USB device
It has limited Android compatibility. Android users, before you buy, be sure to look if the device has a (grayed out) “Ethernet” menu in Settings under WIRELESS & NETWORKS. Most probably it will just work then
Customers say
Customers find the adapter works well with Raspberry Pi Zero and Android Nougat, and appreciate its USB hub functionality, particularly with Nexus Player devices. The device offers good connectivity, with one customer noting it provides both Ethernet and USB connections, and is easy to set up with no additional drivers required. While some customers find it well-built and consider it good value for money, others report it falls apart after gentle use. The power supply receives mixed feedback, with some saying it powers the Raspberry Pi while others note it doesn’t provide enough power.
